Great American Pitchfest / Secret Door Pitchfest

I bit the bullet and will be attending my first pitchfest this year -- the 8th Great American Pitchfest in Burbank, CA. Reviews and thoughts on this event on these forums has been pretty sparse. Is anyone planning on attending this year?

I'm spending a few days in LA, coming from NYC, so I figured I'd maximize my time and exposure on the left coast and saw that the Secret Door Pitchfest sponsored by Script Pipeline is the Saturday before GAP. This particular event seems a little smaller, but assuming most of the companies on their guest list show up, sounds like it'd be good, plus a good way to get warmed up for the Sunday event. Has anyone heard anything, good or bad, about this event?

Thanks. Prior to posting, I did see your thread mentioning the Secret Door Pitch Fest, but noticed it was an older post from 2003. I've been unable to find any recent reviews or commentary on the forums or the Internet as a whole.

I'll be attending the GAP. I looked at the secret door pitchfest after your mention here on ddp (wasn't aware of it before) and just the fact it's on the 4th, which is the day of the various classes/panels at GAP made it a pass for me.
