I'm in as well. Congrats to all that made it. Sorry we all couldnt go through.
Any have an idea when reps start contacting you?
Also, does anyone have an idea of just what types will read the next round. It says academy members. So is that just technical or does talent like actors read as well?

Early October is when the list goes out. Maybe Greg will weigh in on those Academy members...

Why would you be waiting for reps to contact you? Why not be pro-active?
We distribute contact lists to agents, executives, managers and producers after finalists have been announced, which typically occurs in early October. We also distribute the lists to the Academy member judges.
"Just technical"? Approximately 170 Academy members drawn from a variety of branches will be reading this year in the semifinal round. As we posted on the Nicholl Facebook page, those members include a number of Academy Award winners and nominees, including producers of Best Picture winners and nominees. Every script in the semifinal round will be read by at least one producer member. Every script will also be read by one member drawn from these three branches - directors, executives and associates (i.e., agents). The other two judges are drawn from a mix of branches, including additional producers, actors, writers, editors, etc.
