IFP Rough-Cut Lab - Any experience?

My first feature, For Sale By Owner www.forsalebyownermovie.com, (wrote, produced and directed) has been selected for next month's IFP Rough Cut lab. Has anyone on this board been to or heard about the programme? Also, I get to attend a week long IFP Marketplace. I live in Austin and am debating if it's worth the time and money.
