      I beg to differ on Rogers Park.

      Melrose Park or Bridgeport are better fits, I think.

        I agree. I grew up in Rogers Park. Back then there were some Italians, more Irish but predominately Jewish (working class Jewish) and some African American( we called them Black back then) And now it has a lot of low income Black, Latinos and Hasidic Jews (most of the regular Jews moved out).
