    That what me. Thanks!

I used excerpts from the review.

"This would be a great script were it not for the thinly drawn characters and second act that drags on page after page. Consider reading a few hundred books and studying in a Master of Fine Arts program for the next few years and then practice for another ten. Then you'll produce something written at the pro level."
    Which is quoted as as...

"A great script... written at the pro level."
"I talked to a couple of yes men at Metro. To me they said no."

                  Evil(Andrew)

do you have any idea how many scripts you have reviewed have gone on to being sold/produced?

the pages and pages of accolades convince me that you will be the person I want to read my script once I think it is ready.

my middle initial should be "P" for Procrastinator. last new years I made a resolution to finish FINAL SUNSET by this Xmas... Dec 1st I said "joly sheet!!! I only have 25 days!!!!"

a little midnight oil and I should still make it.

I wish you all the best

                    Hi Butch,

Well I've only been a part of the DD community for the last 6-9 months, so it's early days. During the years I read for production companies, however, my batting average was pretty darn good.

But there's no correlation whatsoever between me giving a consider and a script getting sold. It would be unfair and absurd of me to claim otherwise. If you do get a consider from me, you simply know your script and/or writing is above average and has potential.

Good luck getting that script finished. No hurry on my end. I'm booked up until Dec 27th!

                    Happy Holidays, everyone!

                    ~ Andrew

Next time I read one of your scripts, I promise to read every page, not just the first and last. How's that for a prize?

What are you working on right now? Will I see something new in 2010?

Ok, I paid the fee to become a fan of The Screenplay Mechanic. Obviously this will get me access to Spielberg's Facebook page. Right? RIGHT??

And I also changed the title of that last script of mine you read. I'm not digging the new one too much, but, yeah, I don't need people trying to figure out when Arnold Schwarzenegger is going to make an appearance. (And if you've read so many that you can't remember that one, no worries. Made some minor tweaks, including gender, and we'll see what TrackingB says.)
