Hey everyone, the BRAKE marketing has begun. Check my Facebook page for the official one sheet from IFC Films.

The official website and trailer will go live tomorrow (Friday 20th).

    Screenplay Mechanic's BRAKE

Please help spread the word about the film. It will be available on VOD starting February 17th and will be released in U.S. theaters March 23rd.

Help your fellow DD'er (Timothy Mannion) drum up interest for the film we made from his excellent script.

I don't think Screenplay Mechanic needs anymore feedback, but...

He's probably the best Mechanic in town! Tells you what's wrong with your "car", helps you fix it, or suggests you get "behind the wheel" of a new one. He's honest and that's what I personally appreciate most. And a really great person!

Thank you and all the best!

Quite a few people have emailed recently to ask if I'm still reading... the answer is YES. To answer another frequent question, the discounted DD rate is $85 (Notes-Only) and $105 (Full Coverage).

I do get booked up in advance so get in touch early. Right now, I'm taking reservations for May.

Any other questions, hit me up at [email protected]

And for those asking about BULLET RUN, Voltage are currently casting with a goal of shooting in Sept.

          Dear EvilRbt,

Congrats on news for Bullet Run -- that's awesome.
Can't wait to hear how it's going then.

BTW, if my script sort of flags out, any chance of being an extra?
          Schedule's wide open for Sept...

Should I pm for a spot? Err, know that was ambiguous.
I mean for your script analysis in May.

That's awesome regarding BULLET RUN Andrew! I assume it went very well then with RC! Very cool!

Shoot me an email MJ. My next available right now is May 7th and spots go quick.

I'll keep you in mind as an extra. Of course, you may have to get yourself to Turkey (or wherever they shoot for Iran).

Yep. RC signed off. Things should move faster now.

Brilliant! This is your year, Andrew!

BTW, are you or anybody else from BULLET RUN still going to Cannes?

I'm not going to Cannes. Voltage (Nic Chartier) will be there. Not sure yet if they'll sell BR at the market as they probably won't have cast in place by then.

Cool. BR will rock in Cannes! Let's hope somebody gets attached before the festival kicks off!

Prices are a little too steep for the starving artist, any discount?

He's actually very reasonable. Have you seen the other options?
