  • Use Venice Arts as e-query service?

How does Venice Arts compare with scriptblaster for e-query services? Is it effective and will the addresses/contacts be different?

also, in my query, is it alright to put a lot of detail in the synopsis, or just very simple (couple of lines)? I've heard simple is better, but scriptblaster editor informed me that producers appreciate details as long as the letter is under one page.

    thanks!

I used them (Venice Arts) after a contest win. They help you form your query, which is nice. I had a few read requests (6-ish?), and some nice comments, but no success. Used them again and similar, but with requests from different companies.

I have not used the other service.

Anyone else want to weigh in on this? I used them about a zillion years ago and it was OK.

What are they charging these days and for how many queries?

Does anyone send nastygrams back complaining about spam?
