So this is about a crazy guy who believes that the Jules Verne novel is nonfiction and sets out to find out for himself? That's sort of interesting, but I don't like the way Frasier times or sells his stupid jokes.

That's the thing with me. The lines are funny and he's got the right look for this kind of adventure but the delivery is really off.
Also he seems to be just a really big kid running around playing an adult who acts like a big kid.

The visuals look sweet though, lots of color and it seems full of action.
Also it's a slight twist on the story that they actually prove the fictional book to be a documentary.

I like anything with dinos so I'll see this one.
3D, sounds like fun!
