If you want to download films, do it through Amazon or iTunes.

There is a site called Cinemanow that is not a scam. I've used it. Pay for the price of a rental or a download to own.

from amazon you buy them as dvdor cd right? but then there will not be any differentit from buying film shop! it will cost same money then. but I want to pay and get it downlound !

You can buy many films on Amazon as a digital download. I used to do it all the time in film school for stuff I needed to see *now* for papers and the like where I couldn't wait 2-3 days for shipping. The movie is linked to your account, you own it, and can watch it any time you like.
