I thought it was quite good. Not 'The French Godfather' like I was expecting after hearing so much praise, but quite good. Started out very well, and I felt(mouse over for spoiler)... the build up to the razor death was very well done, I was nervous and didn't want to watch it, but the film lost it's edge after that and fell into the 'just another gang movie' pattern. -

If this was a spec would it be frowned upon since it skipped a lot of the backstories... scarce exposition?Comment
