Really enjoyed this. Mumblecore cranked up a notch and exec produced by Ridley Scott. Lucky bastards!

Great nuanced performances by all (John C. Reilly, Marisa Tomei and Jonah Hill, with a nice turn by Katherine Keener as well), darkly funny, fearlessly honest, and quietly touching in parts. I highly recommend.

I really enjoyed it too. It was fantastic to see adults acting like adults instead of like adults dumbed down for the <25 crowd.

My only grumble is that I have the exact same "meet cute" in one of my screenplays. Now I have to re-write that scene. I thought I was the only one who loved that song.

I usually hate Jonah Hill, but I'm interested in seeing this.

I hate Jonah Hill too, but don't let that stop you. It's not a "Jonah Hill" movie, it's John C. Reilly and Marisa Tomei's movie.

I thought Jonah Hill was hilarious in SARAH MARSHALL and here he is showing a whole new side of his talent. Literally, in fact, since the poor boy is about twice as big as he was in earlier films. I really hope someone in his entourage can give him some guidance because he is heading straight for major health problems.

thought this would have done better at the box office, but it's hovering around 7 mil right now and theaters are dropping it fast around the country.
If Lindsey Lohan has a child, and that child will lead...I will follow.

finally saw this at our local indie theater (table side bear and food service, nice!). I was expecting a bit more, but I enjoyed it. Thought it should have gone darker. Cringe Comedy isn't my favorite, but there are some great scenes and John C. Reily is quicky becoming one of my favorite actors.
