Hi guys,
Been away from the boards for a while (scriptwriting, life and other stuff, etc), but felt the need to break radio silence when I found this out:
My cherry's being popped!
A couple of years back I was commisioned to write a script and now that film is about to start it's theatrical release.
I thought it would go straight to DVD like so many other UK micro-budget films, but the producers have worked very hard to find a distributor who is supporting the film, especially one who is opening the film this Friday at the Empire Leicester Square.

As you can imagine, we (the producer, director and I) are rather thrilled at having our first efforts shown at such a prestigious venue.
Plus the preview reviews haven't been too scathing either. Obviously some are and always will be, but most of the fanzine blogs and websites seem to like it, which is great as their readership is the main target audience.
Anyway, enough blathering.
Apologies for the totally shameless plug - I'm just riding someone else's wave for a moment ... and it feels
.
Hope everything's been good with you guys whilst I've been away ...
... and what the Hell happened to Dogtown? Talk about missing the final episode of your favourite TV series!
All the best,
Mat.
