    Re: 127 hrs

I want to see this movie. I might read the book first. In this case, not the script first. I am fascinated by true stories where people do things I'd never do in a million years and survive against all odds. Like the book, "Into Thin Air". I saw on TV where the guy took Tom Brokaw back to the spot where it happened and he walked him through it in detail.

Okay, I went off on a tangent. Yes, it looks interesting, SL.

I can't wait to see this. It's got an amazing director and two fantastic actors I really enjoy (James Franco and Amber Tamblyn).

Reminds me of Open Water, but on land.

This could either be cool and entertaining, or a snoozefest like Slumdog.

Sorry, but I prefer stories that don't depend solely on coincidence.

If that makes me a rebel, so be it.

O.K., but one thing Slumdog isn't, is a snoozefest.

And it's definitely not riveting, either.

But anyway...some guy gets trapped under a rock for 127 hours...

LOVE Danny Boyle. LOVE Simon Beaufoy. Like James Franco. LOVED the script.

                      Oh yeah. I'll see this.
