I feel sick. Anyone seen it?
I'm a huge fan of the classic and I know, I know, I know - everyone says this is a "different" take on the novel and that people should go in with an open mind.
It's just really hard to go see a movie entitled: The Three Musketeers and NOT compare it to the novel. That's just like Peter Jackson inserting "smurfs" in the Lord Of The Rings...it's horrid.
I really cringe when I see "Milady" leaping off buildings and wielding a sword like no body's business that aside from the flying battle ships was my WTF moment. The character of Milady is one of the most brilliantly written female villains of all time. No film has ever done her any justice.
Darn that Paul W.S. Anderson...
If I dare see this movie, it's only because of Chris Waltz
