I recently finished a screenplay and it's going out soon. It's a buddy comedy with two guys in their mid-20's. In writing it, I envisioned a younger version of Leo D. and Jonah H. from Wolves of Wall Street. I know the question will come up regarding casting possibilities, so any suggestions here on actors in their mid-20's like that (one good-looking and smooth; the other kind of nebbishy)? I know I could just say a younger Leo D. and Jonah H., but I'd prefer to come up with some real choices in that age range. Thanks in advance.

Re: Casting help (actors)
FYI, as you wait for people to post their favs/suggestions, if you search https://www.google.com/search?q=male+actors+in+20s for example, you'll get various lists (starting with users' lists at imdb) and then be able to scroll through headshots.

Re: Casting help (actors)
Good-looking buddy: Dave Franco, Ansel Elgort, Zac Efron
Nebbish buddy: Michael Cera, Jesse Eisenberg, Christopher Mintz-Plasse
All I could come up with; there aren't many male actors in their 20s in great demand these days..."I love being a writer. What I can't stand is the paperwork.-- Peter De Vries

Re: Casting help (actors)
It doesn't hurt either to just say that you're looking for "the next Leo and Jonah." The executive you're pitching to might start filling in the hole with his or her suggestions. Which in a lot of cases, is what you want. The more they feel like their ideas are being incorporated, the more likely they'll go to bat for your project.
