only in NY/LA at the moment but anyone who loves Aretha Franklin, gospel, or both should definitely catch this 1972 "concert" film, directed by Sidney Pollack but held up for years over technical difficulties (apparently nobody thought to actually sync the film footage with the audio recordings at the time) and/or battles with Aretha herself over the right to show it in public. but well worth the wait and tremendous performances by her, Dr. James Cleveland, and the Southern California Community Choir.
