                      Re: Brit List

Is there anyone in the U.K. with access to these scripts? Would love to set up an archive, making these as available as we have with the Black List material.

                      Lee Thompson, Kevan? Anyone?

I'd love a Brit List archive, too! Am really interested in Salmon Fishing In The Yemen by Simon Beaufoy - I hear it's excellent...

                        Thanks!

                          Re: Brit List

Don't get your hopes up. The number of scripts from last year's list that have surfaced is very low. Only one or two. Hopefully we can rally this year.

Otherwise, Brits, you're on notice. No Black List scripts for you!

                            Re: Brit List

Should people really be sending out theirs - or worse, other people's - unsold scripts? Really? I wouldn't want mine out there before it sold. Overexposure surely is an issue.

Blackbanning someone who's protecting their interests is more than a little harsh. IMHO.

Yes, Nic, they should. Most writers I know want their work to be read, period. It can only do the script and their career good. There's no such thing as overexposure in screenwriting.

And it seems silly that the Brit scripts aren't released online as one big group just like the Black List scripts are.

                              Brits - get it together!
