Someone said BAD TEACHER. Totally agree with that. The third act was fixed later. Still, that script had a wonderful voice on the page.Comment

I'm surprised by this. I thought it was an uncommonly effective script, with a kind of lead character that I often enjoy: the character who doesn't particularly arc, but whose story, instead, is a trial by fire of his abilities and a vindication of his instincts and beliefs.Originally posted by spacefarer View Post
It was, for me, one of the very rare couldn't-put-it-down scripts, and in fact, the film matched the script beat for beat, except for the epilogue -- in which case, I thought the script actually had a better one.Comment
